Living in the Present

'I wish we knew it was the good ol' days, when we were in the good ol' days'

I really really like this quote that I came across watching Alex Centomo's Vlogmas day 1, I can't describe it, but it gives me such a warm and homely feeling? It really is a reminder for all of us to live in the present and to absorb all that life has to offer right in this moment. I feel that I spend far too much time thinking about the future, the past and all the ' what ifs ', and being completely oblivious to the fact that what I am experiencing now in this moment can be amazing too, as long as I allow it to be!
